Filterwallah prioritizes customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our RO water purifier services, repairs, installations, and related payments.

We request that you carefully review this policy before booking any service.

1. Service-Based Refund Policy

Filterwallah operates primarily as a service-based business (RO Repair, RO Service, RO Installation, AMC, etc.), and refund terms are defined as follows:

✔ Service Not Started

If you cancel a service booking before the technician visit or service commencement, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

❌ Service Already Delivered

If:

  • The technician has already visited, or
  • The service or repair work has started or been completed

Refunds will not be applicable, as service resources have already been utilized.

2. Spare Parts & Components Refund

Refunds are not provided for installed RO spare parts, filters, membranes, or components.
If a part is found to be defective:

  • Replacement will be provided as per company warranty
  • Cash refunds are generally not applicable

3. Advance Payment Policy If an advance payment has been made and the service is canceled:

  • Before the technician visit → Partial or full refund may be possible
  • After the technician visit → No refund will be issued

Processing fees or visit charges may be deducted.

4. Delay or Non-Availability of Service

AIf Filterwallah is unable to provide service due to:

  • Technical issues
  • Non-serviceable area

The eligible amount will be refunded to you.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, cash adjustment, etc.).

6. No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Customer reported an incorrect issue
  • Dissatisfaction without a valid technical reason after service
  • Problems caused by customer negligence
  • Normal wear and tear issues
  • Emergency or same-day services

7. Changes to Refund Policy

Filterwallah may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
The updated policy will be published on the website and will be considered final.
